This magnetic erasable film is a multi-functional film that combines magnetic adsorption, repeated writing and erasing, and flexible application. Made with high-quality PET as the base material, it features a high-adhesion erasable coating and a strong magnetic adhesive layer (or a dual electrostatic + magnetic adsorption layer). It requires no glue or nails for fixing and can be directly adsorbed onto magnetic surfaces such as iron doors, metal cabinets, magnetic whiteboards, and refrigerators. It can also be used with magnetic adhesive stickers for application on non-magnetic surfaces. (I) Magnetic Adsorption, Effortless Installation and Removal

Utilizing a high-strength rubber magnetic/soft magnetic adhesive layer, the magnetic force is uniform and the adsorption is firm. It can be directly attached to magnetic substrates such as iron, steel, and magnetic coatings without cutting, pasting, or drilling. Simply attach it for secure fixation, without bubbles or wrinkles. Even large-area films can be easily handled by a single person. Removal requires no tools; simply peel it off. There are no adhesive residue marks and no damage to the substrate surface. It can be moved and repositioned as needed, and repeated adsorption maintains stable magnetic force, completely solving the problems of cumbersome installation and residue left by traditional erasable films.

(II) High-Definition Writing, Durable and Residue-Free

The surface is covered with a special wear-resistant erasable coating, which has strong adhesion and a smooth, flat surface. It is compatible with various whiteboard pens and water-based markers, providing smooth ink flow and clear writing without stuttering or smudging. It can be easily wiped clean with a regular dry cloth or tissue, leaving no ink marks, no graying, and no stains. It can be repeatedly erased more than 100,000 times. Instructions for Use

Direct Adhesion: Confirm that the surface to be applied is a magnetic substrate. Wipe the surface to remove dust and oil stains, ensuring it is clean and dry. Place the magnetic erasable film with the magnetic layer facing down, gently attach it to the substrate surface, and smooth it with your hand. No additional fixing is required.

Use on Non-Magnetic Substrates: First, attach the included magnetic adhesive backing to the surface of a non-magnetic substrate such as glass or acrylic. Then, attach the magnetic erasable film to the magnetic adhesive backing for normal use.
Cutting: Cut to size using scissors or a utility knife as needed. When cutting, keep the cut edge smooth to avoid frayed edges that may affect use.

Writing and Erasing: Write directly with a whiteboard marker. The writing is clear. When erasing, simply wipe it clean with a dry cloth or tissue. It can be used repeatedly.
Moving and Storage: When changing positions, gently peel off the film and attach it directly to the new location; when not in use, stack or roll the film flat to avoid creases.
