Instructions for Use
1. Pattern Printing: The designed pattern is printed onto the coated surface (matte side) of the transfer film using a dedicated DTF printer. White ink undercoating can be added during printing depending on the fabric color;
2. Powder Application and Curing: A dedicated DTF hot-melt adhesive powder is evenly applied to the surface of the printed pattern. After removing excess powder, the film is placed in a curing oven or heat press for low-temperature curing, allowing the powder and ink to fully fuse;
3. Heat Press Transfer: The cured transfer film is placed pattern-side down onto the substrate surface. The heat press parameters are adjusted (temperature 130-160℃, pressure 0.3-0.5MPa, time 10-20 seconds) for the heat transfer process;
4. Peeling and Completion: After heat pressing, depending on the type of transfer film, either hot peeling (peeling immediately after heat pressing) or cold peeling (peeling after cooling) is performed. After peeling, the pattern is firmly attached to the substrate, completing the transfer process.
